Loyal to The Leavitt Insurance Agency since 1982 JoAnn's extensive understanding of the insurance industry and inherit attention to detail proves invaluable in her role as Account Administrator for Tim Woodruff. Working alongside Tim, JoAnn services one of the largest books of business not only in The Leavitt Insurance Agency, but in the entire Leavitt Group, the third largest privately-held insurance brokerage in the nation.

Prior to her responsibilities in this position, JoAnn functioned as a new business agent for The Leavitt Insurance Agency and additionally worked within The Leavitt Group, with a specific focus on underwriting, rating and issuing policies. With a career path that has lead through a wide range of clients' needs and underwriters' requirements, JoAnn is recognized among her clients and coworkers for her professional work ethic and intrinsic dedication to meeting the needs of her clients.

Driven to increase her knowledge of the insurance industry, JoAnn has received the professional designations of Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Services Representative (CISR). JoAnn formerly served as a member of the CIC/CISR Education Committee for the State of Nevada which is headed by the National Alliance. She was also previously recognized among all the Account Managers in more than 80 Leavitt Group agencies nationally when she was awarded CSR of the Year.
