Lydia began her distinguished career at Leavitt Insurance Agency as an Account Executive in 2002 and is considered one of Leavitt?s top insurance producers. Lydia has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry which gives her a strong foundation upon which to build client relationships. Her expertise in construction, gaming and hospitality / resort operations, convenience stores, restaurants/bars, manufacturing, trucking / logistics, as well as handling of large developers has made her very knowledgeable in all scopes of coverage that may be needed by her clientele.

Prior to working with Leavitt Insurance, Lydia held the positions of Agency Manager and Commercial Account Executive for Absolute Insurance and Northwest Territory Sales Manager for Prudential.

Lydia obtained her Registered Workers Compensation Specialist (RWCS) designation in 2005. She also is a CISC-Certified Insurance Specialist for Construction. This accreditation has allowed her to help her clients significantly enhance their risk management programs and provide insurance solutions to improve her customers' overall safety records while creating cost savings.

Lydia has been the recipient of many awards, including The Leavitt Group Million Dollar Producer for the last four years and The Leavitt Group 2006 Circle of Excellence and the Prudential Territory Sales Manager Awards for five straight quarters.

Recognizing the importance of giving back to her community, Lydia sets aside time to serve as an Executive Board Member of Young Philanthropic Society of the United Way and is also committed to helping children with special needs through her support of the Lili Claire Foundation. In her opinion, the time spent is well worth the rewarding and heartwarming experiences she receives in return.
